Does Nero Platinum 2026 run on Windows 7?

So, in general the answer is: Yes, Nero Platinum 2026 runs on Windows 7.
However a if you scroll down a bit further you will notice some limitations. There are several apps of Nero Platinum that will require at least Windows 10: Nero AI Image Upscaler, Nero AI Photo Tagger, Nero Photo Snap, Nero Score. And some features are restricted, too: 8K playback, maps/lyrics in Nero MediaHome.
Those restrictions are plain technical, due to the limiatations of an more than a decade old operating system.
However the majority of the apps and features works perfectly well on Windows 7. For the apps that don't work, Nero Start won't even offer them to the user for installation, so you are not bothered with any error messages.
